By popular request, there will be open Martial Arts workshops to EVERYONE who would like to participate. Athlete or non-athlete. You can register for each single workshop. Registration is open until Tuesday July 26 17.00 o’clock. So be on time!
Being able to be resilient is an important item for every athlete. All the more for an LGBTI+ athlete or a non-athlete. Knowledge, experience, awareness and techniques surrounding ‘resilience’ have been fully developed within the Martial Arts. Resilience training increases your self-confidence. It’s a challenge with yourself. You learn to draw on your inner peace and balance, so that you can approach the world even more with an open attitude.
There will be a lot of different workshops on Thursday 28 July and on Friday 29 July!
