In January, we met the organisers of Düsseldorf 2020 and Copenhagen 2021 at a meeting in Düsseldorf. During this valuable meeting, we discussed the progress of the various events with each other. Many tips and experiences were exchanged between the various organisations.
The organisation of Düsseldorf 2020 showed us around some of their key locations in the city, such as the intended locations for the Village and the opening ceremony.
During the meeting there was also time for social talk and we got to know each other better. All in all a very nice group of people together who together make an active contribution to the LGBTIQ+ sports community.
Together we can make each other stronger and strengthen the EuroGames brand. It would be nice to keep this tradition for the coming years.
